Walkthroughs & security documents
WellSky integration & security
Required permission level
Arya needs scheduler-level access: view caregivers, clients, and schedules; edit schedules; update caregiver compliance details; and add notes for the audit trail.
Account type (named or shared)
The office owner provides an email address and sets Arya up with the same permissions as a scheduler. The integration is account-based, not API-based, so no WellSky API contract is required.
MFA support
Managers log in with an email plus a password or a code. Caregivers can log in the same way, but most use a link sent by text, then enter a password or a code sent to their phone.
Activity logging
Every update Arya makes, whether a scheduling assignment or a compliance change, is recorded with a note in the activity log.
Account ownership
The Right at Home office team owns the WellSky account. Arya's credentials are stored in a secure vault unique to each customer, and the team can revoke access at any time.
Access removal process
At the end of a contract, the Right at Home team deletes the Arya manager account from their WellSky instance and access ends immediately. Because the integration is account-based rather than API-based, there is nothing left to disconnect.
SOC 2
Arya is monitored 24/7/365. Last year's SOC 2 report and the Arya Trust Center are both available for corporate security review.
Flat annual fee per office location
Each office location pays one flat annual fee that covers its first agent skill. The price is set upfront, so owners know exactly what they’re signing up for before day one.
Once an office is live, any additional skill is a small add-on to the base fee.
The pilot fee is 10% of the annual contract value. After 30 days, the office decides whether to continue. If it moves forward, the pilot fee is credited toward the annual contract.
Franchises with a corporate agreement in place receive preferred pricing across every office in their network.
Operators running several locations under one owner, such as Boston, Maine, and South together, are priced as a single enterprise account rather than office by office.
